Return goods (RMA)
In case you have any defective goods to return to us, please follow this procedure step by step:

| 2. | Complete the RMA form, providing as much detail as possible |
| 3. | Fill in your e-mail address below (double-check if it is spelled correctly) |
| 4. | Upload the completed form using the upload button below |
| 5. | Upload any pictures that can support your claim (using the blue cross symbol, you can upload additional pictures) |
| 6. | You will receive a copy of your form, including an RMA number via the e-mail address you provided |
| 7. | Return the goods labeling them clearly with the RMA number provided on the exterior of the box and a copy of the completed RMA form included with the goods. |
