TELEVIC INTRODUCES ALADDIN (29-01-2009)
Izegem (Belgium), January 29, 2009 - Televic announces the introduction of ALADDIN, a digital infrared language distribution system, at ISE2009. The system is compliant to the industry standard IEC 61603-PART7. Hence ALADDIN is compatible with other brands of digital infrared language distribution products that comply with the same standard.
Thanks to its digital nature, ALADDIN offers crystal clear audio and is not susceptible to interference from high frequency lighting, often used in conference venues. It seamlessly connects to Televic conference systems, but also to systems of other brands. The standard product offers 8 language channels with configurable audio quality settings, depending on the needs of the application. ALLADIN can easily be connected to sonorisation and emergency systems.
ALADDIN has a powerful 25W infrared radiator that can be switched to half-power for smaller rooms. For very large venues ALADDIN radiators can be easily daisy chained thanks to the loop-trough facility. The ergonomically designed handset with a very wide reception angle completes the range.
“For Televic this is yet another milestone and an important step towards becoming a total solution provider for the international conference market” says Kristoff Henry, Product Manager of Televic Conference. “Televic continues to build its product portfolio so there is more to come” he continues.
ALADDIN will be showcased at ISE2009 on the Televic booth #3D120 during the ISE2009 show held in the RAI, Amsterdam from 3 to 5 February 2009.
