After opening a dedicated office in the United States to support the growth of Televic Conference’s activities in North America, the team has rapidly expanded to work more closely with customers. As a result, three new people have joined the U.S. division: Dan Mitchell, Jeff Pead, and Rhiannon Hamblin.
Dan Mitchell will be responsible for Business Development in North America. His experience in the U.S. AV market will be invaluable to grow Televic Conference’s business in North America. Says Dan Mitchell: “I am looking forward to a bright future for Televic in North America while I continue developing our channel partners and work extensively with end users.“
Jeff Pead has also joined the U.S. division to provide customers in the United States with increased technical and warranty-repair support. Jeff has an extensive background in AV and brings hands-on experience with conference products and solutions. He is intimately familiar with Televic Conference solutions, having previously worked with them at both Listen Technologies and AVEO Systems. “I’m very excited to join Televic and share my expertise with customers and support the systems and solutions on a deeper level,” says Jeff Pead.
Rhiannon Hamblin will play a central role in assisting customers throughout the sales process as Sales Operations Coordinator. She adds: “I’m excited to join the Televic family in the United States. I love the fact that we’re starting a new chapter to the story in Sacramento and I can’t wait to get to know our customers throughout the sales process.”
